This Program is specifically designed for Greater Productivity and Focus as we spend the whole 7
days with the employees from morning until evening.
Course Duration:
Type 1: 7 days of 1 hour 15 mins of practice each every morning.
Type 2: 7 days, 1 hour 15 mins of practice every morning and evening.
Program includes:
Yoga Postures (Asana)
Pranayama (Breathing Exercises)
Meditation (Dhyana)
Program Time: Mornings, 1.5 hours before work begins and 1 hour after work.
Requirement: Large Room & Yoga Mats.
Pre-requisites:
Program Starts Sharp at an approved time. (Early Mornings)
All Employees attending must report at least 10mins earlier.
Practice will be done on Empty Stomach.
No Alcohol/Cigarette consumption for 7 days of the Program.
Coffee/Tea needs to be consumed only Once a Day during the program.
Replace Coffee/Tea with Hot water. *No Cancellation/Transfer/Postponing
