Mooladhara Yoga is been designed after a long study of Mind, Meditation, Body, Emotions & Energies and their effects on our lives.

It’s been designed by Varoon, as he worked on himself on the path of self-realization since the early age of 15-16.

What is a session with Mooladhara Yoga?

There are three levels of practice apart from programs and workshops for cleansing of energies and elements, life coaching with understanding of the individual self.

Beginner level will help balance our endocrine & exocrine systems and generate harmony to start working on developing strength and preparing the body to slow down it’s aging process and improves our healing efficiency.

Intermediate level will help us strengthen our body, muscles and skeletal structure helps increase our stamina and ability to deal with physical & emotional stress and tensions.

Enhanced Intermediate Level will help us move us to the next level of working on our spiritual self, mind it’s psychological complexities and logical understanding of our abilities and improvising our self to be better individuals more in harmony with our self, our surroundings and others.

We go through a process of understanding each individual through an interview or discussion and suggest the type of yoga practice that they should start with.
